Informasi mengenai nutrisi dan kalori yang terdapat pada label majanan bisanya berdasarkan diet 2.000 kalori perhari. Lebih banyak atau lebih sedikit kalori yang dibutuhkan tergantung pada beberapa faktor, antara lain: usia, jenis kelamin dan tingkat aktivitas fisik.<br>\u2022 Sobat Gleneagles dapat meningkatkan jumlah dan intensitas aktivitas fisik dalam membantu membakar kalori lebih banyak.<br>\u2022 Membuat target aktivitas fisik, minimal 150 menit untuk aktivitas fisik sedang atau 75 menit untuk aktivitas fisik berat atau kombinasi dari keduanya di setiap minggunya.<br>\u2022 Melakukan aktivitas fisik secara teratur dapat membantu Sobat Gleneagles untuk mempertahankan berat badan ideal dan mencapai kebugaran fisik dan kardiovaskular.
