Jika iya, hal tersebut sebaiknya tidak dilakukan lagi karena ini bisa merugikan kesehatan, salah satunya adalah memicu terjadinya GERD (<em>Gastroesophageal reflux disease<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lalu, apa pengaruh tidur setelah makan terhadap terjadinya <em>GERD<\/em>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GERD adalah salah satu penyakit kronis yang cukup umum dijumpai, yang terjadi pada sistem pencernaan atau lambung. GERD merupakan kondisi adanya aliran balik dari isi lambung yang dikarenakan peningkatan kapasitas ke saluran makanan atau kerongkongan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"517\" height=\"316\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/2.jpg?resize=517%2C316\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-561\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/2.jpg?w=517&amp;ssl=1 517w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/2.jpg?resize=300%2C183&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 517px) 100vw, 517px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada kondisi yang normal, untuk menghindari hal tersebut ada katup pada kerongkongan (sfingter) yang menutup lambung, namun pada kasus GERD, katup tersebut mengalami penurunan fungsi yang\u00a0 menyebabkan makanan naik kembali ke saluran makanan atau kerongkongan. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk berbaring setelah makan? Sebaiknya Anda menunggu sekitar 3 jam setelah menyelesaikan konsumsi makanan. Ini merupakan waktu yang ideal untuk pengosongan lambung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faktor risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya GERD antara lain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Obesitas.<\/li><li>Merokok dan mengonsumsi alkohol serta kopi.<\/li><li>Stres.<\/li><li>Makan terlambat pada malam hari.<\/li><li>Mengonsumsi makanan yang memicu asam lambung.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lalu apa saja gejala yang nampak jika Anda mengalami GERD? Gejala umum yang terjadi antara lain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Rasa panas di dada.<\/li><li>Nyeri dada dan ulu hati.<\/li><li>Rasa pahit dan asam di mulut.<\/li><li>Susah menelan.<\/li><li>Perut kembung dan sendawa.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Gejala GERD umumnya bersifat ringan, namun jika tidak segera ditangani kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan iritasi dan peradangan pada dinding dalam kerongkongan. Komplikasi yang lebih buruk dapat terjadi, seperti luka kronis pada kerongkongan, penyempitan pada kerongkongan bagian bawah dan kanker esofagus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lantas, apakah merupakan hal yang normal kita mengantuk setelah makan? Ya, itu hal yang wajar dan normal. Sebelum makan, energi dalam tubuh biasanya sudah habis, sementara saat sedang makan, makanan harus dicerna di lambung.
