Sayangnya, banyak orang menganggap kurang tidur sebagai hal yang biasa, padahal kebiasaan ini dapat meningkatkan risiko berbagai masalah kesehatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa yang dimaksud dengan Kurang Tidur?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orang dewasa umumnya membutuhkan sekitar 7\u20139 jam tidur setiap malam.
