Penggunaan <em>lift<\/em> atau <em>elevator <\/em>memang lebih menghemat waktu dan tidak terlalu banyak membuang energi. Padahal, naik turun tangga dapat menjadi salah satu olahraga yang baik untuk dilakukan karena dapat memperkuat jantung. Hal ini disebabkan karena kalori yang terbakar saat naik turun tangga memiliki manfaat besar bagi jantung.<br>Selain itu, naik turun tangga juga dapat melatih jantung agar tidak mudah lelah ketika melakukan aktivitas yang berat. Namun penting untuk diperhatikan, bahwa naik turun tangga baik untuk dilakukan bila jarak lantai yang dituju masih memungkinkan. Beberapa gerakan atau olahraga yang telah dijelaskan di atas sangatlah mudah untuk dilakukan, bukan? Apalagi hal tersebut tidak menyita waktu yang cukup banyak.
