Gen-gen ini diwariskan dari orang tua ke anak-anaknya dan disebut sebagai unit dasar pewarisan. Sifat-sifat fisik seperti warna mata diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi sebagaimana juga kelainan genetik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiap-tiap sel tubuh atau disebut juga sel somatik (selain sel gamet) mengandung 23 pasang kromosom (46 buah), masing-masing berasal dari ayah dan ibu. Dari 23 pasang kromosom tersebut, sepasang kromosom merupakan kromosom yang menentukan jenis kelamin, sehingga kariotipe wanita normal adalah 46,XX dan pria normal adalah 46,XY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"676\" height=\"709\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/pola-pewarisan.jpg?resize=676%2C709&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1229\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.9534555712270804;width:481px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/pola-pewarisan.jpg?w=676&amp;ssl=1 676w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/pola-pewarisan.jpg?resize=286%2C300&amp;ssl=1 286w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 676px) 100vw, 676px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Gen terdiri dari asam deoksiribonukleat (DNA), yang merupakan cetak biru untuk semua protein di dalam tubuh. Sehingga gen mempengaruhi semua aspek struktur dan fungsi tubuh. Manusia diperkirakan memiliki 25.000 hingga 30.000 gen-gen strukturil (menghasilkan RNA atau protein). Abnormalitas pada gen (mutasi) pada satu gen dapat menyebabkan kelainan genetik. Saat ini telah teridentifikasi 16.000 sifat yang dipengaruhi gen, pada umumnya dihubungkan dengan suatu penyakit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Daftar Kelainan Genetik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tabel 1*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"763\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/tabel-1-genetika-medik.jpg?resize=763%2C1024&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1228\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.7451171875;width:744px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/tabel-1-genetika-medik.jpg?resize=763%2C1024&amp;ssl=1 763w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/tabel-1-genetika-medik.jpg?resize=223%2C300&amp;ssl=1 223w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/tabel-1-genetika-medik.jpg?resize=768%2C1031&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/tabel-1-genetika-medik.jpg?resize=1144%2C1536&amp;ssl=1 1144w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/tabel-1-genetika-medik.jpg?w=1518&amp;ssl=1 1518w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 763px) 100vw, 763px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Siapa Yang Perlu Memeriksakan Kromosom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Usia ibu hamil > 35 tahun untuk mendiagnosis prenatal karena rawan melahirkan anak dengan kelainan kromosom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasangan yang sudah menikah 2 tahun atau lebih tetapi belum pernah hamil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Belum menstruasi sampai usia 16 tahun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wanita bertubuh pendek yang tidak dapat dijelaskan penyebabnya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sex ambigua (<em>disorder of sexual development<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anak dengan disabilitas intelektual\/retardasi mental.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anak dengan tumbuh kembang lambat (<em>developmental delay<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bayi dengan tumbuh kembang organ multiple.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bayi lahir mati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seseorang dengan keganasan untuk menetukan prognosis penyakit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kelambatan pertumbuhan seks sekunder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jenis Pemeriksaan Prenatal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Amniosentesis<br>Pemeriksaan pada usia kehamilan 16-18 minggu untuk melihat ada tidaknya kelainan kromosom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biopsi Khorion<br>Pemeriksaan pada usia kehamilan 11-12 minggu untuk melihat ada tidaknya kelainan kromosom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemeriksaan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kelainan kromosom dapat dilakukan dengan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analisis kromosom (<em>sitogenetika<\/em>) dengan lama pemeriksaan 3-4 minggu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analisi FISH (<em>fourescent in situ hybridization<\/em>) dengan lama pemeriksaan 2-3 hari.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pemeriksaan PrE-Marital<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemeriksaan pre-marital adalah tes pada pasangan yang akan menikah untuk mencegah diwariskannya suatu kelainan genetik kepada keturunannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemeriksaan pre-marital menjadi isu penting dengan semakin banyaknya anak-anak yang terlahir dengan kelainan genetik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Informasi dan Pendaftaran Customer Care:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/3.png?w=530&amp;ssl=1 530w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/3.png?resize=300%2C192&amp;ssl=1 300w\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/gleneagles.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/3.png?resize=530%2C340&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"340\"><br>Klinik Utama Rawat Jalan Gleneagles<br>Jl.
