Takaran sedangnya adalah ketika Anda berjalan cepat atau latihan di treadmill, terasa ada peningkatan denyut nadi, tapi tidak membuat terengah-engah, ditandai dengan Anda tetap dapat berbicara lancar saat berjalan di atas treadmill.
