Vitamin D terbagi menjadi 2 jenis, yaitu vitamin D2 yang berasal dari sumber tanaman seperti jamur. Untuk vitamin D3, bersumber dari berbagai jenis ikan laut, telur, susu dan produk olahannya, misal keju dan yoghurt serta dapat juga diperoleh juga dari suplemen vitamin D dan minyak ikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lalu, bagaimana dengan sinar matahari? Paparan sinar matahari berperan dalam metabolisme tubuh, menghasilkan sinar UV (ultraviolet) yang apabila terkena kulit akan membantu mengolahnya menjadi vitamin D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kebutuhan asupan vitamin D juga berbeda-beda antar individu.
